    I am a classically trained professional singer, experienced in teaching various styles such as classical, jazz, pop, folk, and blues. I excel in both one-on-one and online classroom settings, working with students of all ages, from children to adults. 

    My teaching approach revolves around creating a safe and stimulating learning environment. I possess a deep understanding of effective teaching practices and utilize a diverse range of resources to engage my students. As an active music community member, I maintain a thriving performance career alongside running my own opera company, Kinder Opera, with a focus on children's opera.

  • With a strong background in performance and teaching, I hold a double degree in Music and Psychology from La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia. Additionally, I have a Master of Business from the University of Illinois, USA. I completed the Preparatory Opera Course at the Royal Academy of Music in London and received scholarships from esteemed organizations such as Alex Templeton, William Gibbs Religious and Educational Trust, Ars Musica Australis, and Opus 50 Charitable Trust. I was a finalist for the New York Study Award and won the Frank Lasslett Memorial Award at the National Liederfest Australia. 

    In London, I taught singing at an independent day school, fostering creativity and guiding students to find their voice and confidence. Notably, some of my former students, like Anya Taylor-Joy from "The Queen's Gambit," have gone on to achieve exciting careers. 

    As a performer, I have collaborated with esteemed organizations such as Opera Australia, OzOpera, Surrey Opera, Buxton Festival Opera, and Royal Melbourne Philharmonic Orchestra. I have toured China with the 70-piece Royal Melbourne Philharmonic Orchestra. I have regularly led my own jazz band in Melbourne, performing at notable venues like The Hilton Hotel and The Carlton Crest Hotel.
