Meet Lizzy. We are thrilled to have her as our kids' choir director, sharing her insight, talent, laughter and a big heart at the School of Voice.  Originally from Glasgow, Scotland, Lizzy came to Berlin while the city was still divided and has made it her home. Passionate about music and education, Lizzy has been teaching music and voice for decades and people LOVE her. 
Yup, Lizzy is teaching us all about age reversal. You hear in her laughter that music keeps us light-hearted and feeds our imagination. She has taught and performed jazz, pop, folk, classical and is the founder of the Celtic Choir Berlin, which boasts of having over 60 members. ( See the picture below of Lizzy conducting this past Spring in Ireland ) and now she begins the next adventure of leading the BERLIN KIDS CHOIR. 

So, if you are a kid looking for a great place to meet new friends and sing stupendous songs, then come join the Berlin Kids Choir. 

MINI KIDS (2-5) meets on Saturdays from 2 pm to 2:30 pm
 KIDS CLASS (5-9) meets on Saturdays from 2:45 to 3:30 pm

For all parents dropping off their kids, there is a great farmers and artisans market around the corner where you can linger, enjoy a coffee or tea and support the local farmers while your kids are at choir. 

Weekly classes include singing, movement, music reading, rhythmic skills, listening games, and much more! The repertoire ranges from kids’ favourites to modern pop songs to musicals and classical chorals. 

Although the Berlin Kids International Choir is an English/German-speaking choir, ALL LANGUAGES ARE WELCOME! Kids who speak neither English nor German as a mother tongue also thrive in this choir, and can rapidly acquire additional language competency. Our choir leader Lizzy is multilingual.
