• Stefano Matteucci

  • Cellist, violinist, singer-songwriter, composer, producer, teacher.

My name is Stefano Matteucci. I am a professional cellist, violinist, singer-songwriter, composer, and producer. I studied cello, violin, voice, and piano at Santa Cecilia’s conservatory in Rome. I graduated in 2003.

I then collaborated with a few orchestras, but very soon, I realized that my creative side couldn’t be satisfied with just orchestral work. I, therefore, started writing my original music. In 2008 I moved to London and founded D-EDGE (my original music production). I wrote, produced, and released 5 albums and built my own recording studio.

  • At the School Of Voice, Stefano Matteucci is teaching Voice, Cello, Violin, Piano, Songwriting, Composition & Music theory, and Artist Development.

I performed in The Royal Albert Hall, Wembley Arena, and 02 Academy. And for artists like One Direction, Il Divo, Goran Kay, Urban Soul Orchestra, Amalia Grè, and many others.

I coached the band Blue for the Italian version of their song “Hurt Lovers”. I recorded for Cinema and TV. Specifically for the BBC and composers Mathieu Karsenti, Tony White, and Marios Tacoushis.

I had the privilege of teaching students of all ages and levels, including SEN (special needs), at Centre Academy London. I am fluent in English and Italian, speak German and enjoy teaching children and adults.

Until October 2022, Stefano will be teaching ONLINE only. As of October, Stefano will be available for IN-PERSON private lessons in our studios in Berlin.
